  • What Kind of Training Do Chiropractors Receive?

    Chiropractors attend 4 years of undergraduate college which is then followed by graduate school which encompasses most of the same education that medical doctors receive in their training. Chiropractic college also provides training on manipulation procedures not taught in medical school.

  • Is Chiropractic Care Appropriate for Children?

    Chiropractic care is accepted and has been proven to be effective for all ages including children and senior citizens. Most everyone suffers with spinal and extremity misalignment from normal activities of daily living such as household chores and errands, work related and from other normal activities.

  • Can You Receive Chiropractic Care During Pregnancy?

    Chiropractic care has also been extremely helpful and safe for pregnant women throughout their pregnancy.

  • Can My Body Become Addicted to Chiropractic Adjustments?

    Despite many people being misinformed about chiropractic care, chiropractic care is not addictive nor does one require treatment for the rest of their lives. Similar to other forms of health care, chiropractic care is designed to correct a patient's health problem as quickly as possible. Periodic checkups are recommended to patients in the same manner as all other health care providers.

  • How Many Visits Does It Take to Get Better?

    As with all forms of health care, chiropractic care will not cure all medical problems. If a patient's condition is determined to not be appropriate under conservative chiropractic care, the patient would be referred to a different health care provider that will be more effective at helping the patient.
